The H‑461 that was recently acquired, significantly enhances our capabilities in heavy marine transport and offshore operations. This high‑capacity, heavy‑duty pontoon is well suited for long-haul towage, beaching projects, and crane‑supported offshore construction activities.

Originally built in 2014 by Damen Shipyards for ALE as the Hydrodeck, the vessel was engineered for demanding tidal Ro‑Ro operations. In 2021, she underwent a major structural upgrade, including the installation of a double bottom and the addition of dedicated winch decks.

The barge is currently at the HRDD yard in Shanghai undergoing refit to align her with the Hapo fleet, including further structural upgrades in preparation for a future crane installation. Today, the H‑461 is equipped with six 50‑ton positioning winches and designed to operate efficiently in complex offshore and nearshore environments.

With this addition, we continue to strengthen our fleet and our ability to support large‑scale and technically challenging projects worldwide.
